Chula Sakarat - Early Cancellations of SIAM

SIAM was a former name of Kingdom Thailand. When postal system was started in SIAM in 1883, postal service was limited within the Bangkok area. So, stamps and cancellations used only Siamese characters and date by the old calendar system called “Chula Sakarat.” "Chula Sakarat" is a traditional lunar calendar which was officially used when the first stamps of Thailand were issued in 1883. The object of this exhibit is to introduce characteristics, advantages, and application of “Chula Sakarat (C.S.) Cancellations”

　ご出品ありがとうございます。
　大変精緻な研究コレクションとして、敬服いたしました。ただし、競争切手展の展示作品としてみた場合、あまりにも展示されているマテリアルの数が少なく、特に２フレームのうち文字だけのリーフが４リーフも含まれているのは行き過ぎかと思います。ちなみに、競争出品の一般的な展示作品では、１リーフに単片切手であれば（切手の大きさにもよりますが）15-20枚、カバーであれば２通というのがスタンダードになります。
　その点で、今回の展示内容でしたら、むしろ文献（論文）向きだと思います。＜JAPEX＞には文献部門もございますので、よろしくご検討いただけると幸いです。
